Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information about current tools, users, suppliers, contracts, risks, and business priorities.
No guaranteed outcome
The service supports better planning and decision-making, but it does not guarantee a particular financial outcome, system performance, or supplier result.
Intellectual property
Advisory templates, workshop structures, and underlying methods remain our intellectual property. Client-specific notes may be used internally by the client.
Fees and scope
Fees, workshop dates, deliverables, and support terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service, except where law does not allow limitation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
